They were hired to change two locks and maintain a third. The technician changed the two locks without problems. The lock that received maintenance, regained its functionality, but the quality of the re-installation leaves much to be desired. He was contacted again to solve the problem that they created themselves and only received pretexts until they stopped responding to messages.
